Well, the snow has all disappeared and the sun is shining reminding us that Spring is just around the corner.The new kitchen is coming along in leaps and bounds. Today the tiles are being put on the new roof and the whole room is being plastered. One of the platerers is on stilts (because it is a high ceiling) which is a sight to see!
The kitchen units and appliances are being delivered on Friday and installed next week. This weekend we have to paint the first coat on the walls and ceiling so it's all getting rather exciting with the end in sight.
Wow it looks so big and bright! The end is getting nearer at last. Those daffodils are gorgeous by the way.

ReplyDeleteIt seems an eternity when house renovations are going on but I did miss the bustle and friendly banter when our house was finally finished.. not the dust though!
