Belated Happy New Year

A belated Happy New Year to you all.  I have been very remiss in my postings and comments of late and I must try harder in 2012!

I wish you all a very happy and peaceful 2012.

This was the first Christmas since my Mum died.  One of the best Christmas presents I ever received was this antique Maltese scarf she gave me about 30 years ago.  I used to, and still do, wear it a lot.  The amethyst 'necklace' is the last present she gave me.

  3. A very happy New Year to you Ruth and what beautiful gifts for you to treasure and remind you of your Mum. It was our first Christmas without my Nan, my last Grandparent and to be honest I found it really hard. Let's hope 2012 brings lots to look forward to.
